As the Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial processes across these three businesses, ensuring smooth operations, legal compliance, and financial accuracy.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies that align with organizational goals and brand identity.

  • Create, edit, and distribute high-quality content—including press releases, articles, blog posts, website copy, and social media posts—to engage target audiences and promote the organization’s mission.

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and required stakeholders to amplify the organization’s impact and secure positive media coverage.

  • Organize and coordinate public relations activities such as community outreach initiatives

  • Monitor media coverage, analyze the effectiveness of PR and content campaigns, and prepare regular performance reports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand voice across all platforms.

  • Respond to media inquiries, manage crisis communications, and serve as a spokesperson when required.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in content creation, and public relations to maximize audience engagement and brand reputation.

  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to digital accessibility standards.

  • Manage and maintain content repositories and editorial calendars for timely content delivery.


Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in content creation, public relations, or media management (NGO or social sector experience preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English and the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage PR campaigns and content projects from concept to execution, including crisis communications.

  • Strong knowledge of social and digital media platforms, and experience with content management systems and analytics tools.

  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with media, stakeholders, and community partners.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Passion for social impact, sustainability, and innovative communication
