Empowering Northeast Entrepreneurs
  • Mentoring 12 social entrepreneurs from Agriculture, Handicraft, and Handloom sectors across Assam, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Manipur.
  • Focused on Product Value Addition, Accessing Finance, and Confidence Development through workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and training.

  • Developing a long-term scale-up proposal for UNDP to foster sustainable economic development in the Northeast region.
  • Aims to impact over 3 lakh farmers, artisans & micro-enterprises by conducting comprehensive studies and stakeholder consultations.

    Buyers-Sellers Meet for Agriculture & Handicraft Sector
  • Facilitating a successful Buyers-Sellers meet for artisans and farmers from the Northeast region, funded by EXIM Bank.
  • Resulted in signing off Letter of Intent from 10 buyers and business conversion for more than 5 sellers, despite challenges posed by COVID-19.

    Financial Inclusion for Sex Workers & Transpersons
  • Designed workshops on Financial Inclusion for sex workers & Transpersons in Maharashtra and Karnataka.
  • Positive feedback received, leading to the formulation of a year-long financial inclusion program for Transpersons.

    Financial Inclusion of Rural SHG Women & Students
  • Implemented a Financial Inclusion program across India, aligning with SEBI's initiative.
  • Conducted workshops reaching remote areas, mobilizing and educating over 15,000 women.
  • Recognized for excellence in women's empowerment by various organizations.

    Project Vidyut Vahan
  • Developed a sustainable livelihood program providing E Rickshaws and E Carts to marginalized families.
  • Three-year structured model designed to address the needs of disadvantaged individuals.
  • Partnered with NGOs in Maharashtra; currently fundraising for implementation.

    White Paper on Sustainability Practices in Textile & Handicrafts
  • Developed a comprehensive white paper on sustainability practices and labels for AAICA.

    Model Solar Village CSR Convergence
  • Implemented a 4.5 Cr project in Andhra Pradesh, with funding from corporate partners and a foundation, aimed at building a model solar village.
    •
    Sustainable DRE-Based Livelihoods Consortium
  • Executed a 6.5 Cr project in Maharashtra, combining contributions from Energy Foundation, district budget, government schemes, and beneficiaries to promote sustainable livelihoods.

    CSR Lifecycle Management
  • Managed over 5.5 Cr of CSR budget across diverse projects in FY 2023-2024, including initiatives in solar entrepreneurship, livelihoods, afforestation, and more.

  • Conducted a range of training programs on topics like social entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and cybersecurity for various target groups.
