As Global Synergizers embarks on its sixth year of operations in the social impact sector, it recognizes the difficulties that non-profits and corporations face when working towards creating a socially inclusive and sustainable world. Such issues can only be addressed by eliminating silos. To tackle this problem, Global Synergizers has devised the “Breaking Silos” initiative, aimed at promoting engagement between NGOs and corporations with a focus on climate change.

Breaking Silos 2023 revolves around the theme of Climate Resilience Impact through ESG & CSR. We have organized an exclusive dialogue in Mumbai on September 5, 2023, followed by a similar dialogue in Delhi on October 27th, and a grand-scale event in Bangalore on December 14, 2023. These initiatives aim to initiate meaningful discussions and bring together influential individuals from diverse industries and sectors to address the urgent global issue of climate change. Furthermore, they seek to promote climate resilience through the adoption of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
