Job Overview

The Partnership Executive will play a key role in supporting partnership development and relationship management.

This position involves engaging with external stakeholders, assisting in proposal development, identifying funding opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication to foster strong partnerships aligned with Global Synergizers’ mission and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners.

• Contribute to writing funding proposals and grant applications tailored to potential donors and funding organizations.

• Support the identification of new partnership opportunities and assist in outreach activities to secure collaborations.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of partnership commitments.

• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.

• Track partnership activities and performance metrics, providing regular reports on progress and impact achieved.

• Stay informed about trends and opportunities in the social impact sector to enhance partnership strategies.

• Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events to engage donors and increase funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like communications, marketing, social sciences, or business is required, along with strong communication skills, an understanding of CSR fundamentals, and experience working on social impact initiatives.

• Proven experience of 2–4 years in fundraising, business development, or a related role, preferably within the social impact sector.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Basic experience in developing proposals and managing partnership processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Passion for driving social change and commitment to Global Synergizers’ mission and values.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Familiarity with CSR and fundraising practices in the social impact space.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Understanding of CSR principles and frameworks.
