Job Overview

Global Synergizers is seeking a motivated and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external stakeholders including NGOs, government agencies, corporate partners, and other organizations.

This role involves researching potential funding opportunities, prior experience in CSR or HNI fundraising, writing compelling proposals, networking with stakeholders, and managing both internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving social impact initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a partnership strategy to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders aligned with Global Synergizers’ mission and objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring regular communication, engagement, and alignment on shared goals and objectives.

• Develop and write persuasive funding proposals and grant applications tailored to the requirements of various funding bodies.

• Identify new partnership opportunities and lead the outreach and negotiation process to secure partnerships that support Global Synergizers’ social impact initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including program management, marketing, and finance to ensure effective partnership implementation and delivery of agreed-upon commitments.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Track and report on partnership performance metrics, including progress towards objectives, partnership satisfaction, and impact achieved.

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in the social impact space to inform partnership strategies and activities.

• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events to engage donors and raise funds.

Qualifications – Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven track record of at least 7–8 years in fundraising, business development, or a related role, preferably within the social impact sector.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing partnership agreements, with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation

The compensation for the Partnership Manager position will be commensurate with experience and will include fixed & variable components, ranging from ₹10–12 LPA.
Based on performance and other metrics, the candidate may have the opportunity for advancement to the role of Senior Partnership Manager.
