Swarada is a dedicated professional committed to the conservation and management of the natural and built environment. With degrees in Environmental Sciences, an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Glasgow, UK, and an MBA in Marketing from Cranfield University, she possesses a diverse skill set that spans over 13+ years of experience. Inspired by Al Gore’s global warming and climate change campaign, Swarada embarked on her journey in climate change mitigation consulting. She has developed in-depth knowledge of environmental management through her work in environmental consulting and the manufacturing sector. Swarada strongly believes that companies can achieve triple bottom line benefits through stakeholder-focused projects. She has successfully developed and registered wind energy projects under the Voluntary Carbon Standards (VCS) mechanism. Additionally, she has designed and managed a premium Social Biogas Gold Standard CDM project known for its robust sustainable development benefits. Swarada’s most challenging role was project managing the Solar City Master Plans of Amritsar, Ludhiana, and Hubli-Dharwar Twin Cities, commissioned by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy Development. During her time at Thermax Ltd, she registered CPA (CDM Programme of Activities) PDDs for the world’s first Industrial Programmatic CDM Project – “Promotion of Biomass Based Heat Generation Systems in India.”In addition to her environmental expertise, Swarada helps small businesses, startups, and non-profits with marketing strategies and social brand building. His domain expertise lies in the agriculture sector, where he specializes in supporting backward and forward linkages, and integrating smallholding farmers into sustainable agriculture value chains. With nearly 12 years of experience in agriculture, women empowerment, and skill development sectors, Vinod has successfully monitored agricultural projects in rural settings, specifically with smallholder producers in agri/horticulture value chains. He possesses strong skills in data collection, database management, and data analysis, having extensively worked on scoping and evaluation studies within the agri value chain setup. Vinod has directly interacted with over 3000 farmers and other stakeholders involved in agri-related projects, gaining invaluable insights into their challenges and needs. Leading teams of surveyors in research projects across various states such as Maharashtra, M.P., Rajasthan, Bihar, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Odisha, Vinod excels in training and monitoring teams to collect relevant and authentic data. Sunanda specializes in operations, transformation, risk management, project, and program management. Driven by a deep-rooted desire to promote financial inclusion for marginalized individuals, Sunanda transitioned to the social impact sector.
